I can't find any customer support information on their website. The best solution for the App is to uninstall and re-install it downloading the latest version. This will typically resolve the issue. As for the MP3 audios, to download the Audio MP3s, open your desktop Fluenz Application, click on the smiley face icon. You’ll then see the menu for Fluenz Audio. You can download both the Comprehension and Pronunciation MP3s from there and transfer to various devices, such as your iPhone, or MP3 player.
